Maggie Malone might not believe in all that fairy tale stuff but Kylie Monroe had been in love with Aaron Winters from the very first moment she came face-to-face with the most amazing blue eyes in Texas. Aaron had practically launched Kylie’s business, Your Every Desire Party Planners and Sweet Shop, into success when his firm hired her to cater their annual Christmas party where she and Aaron became friends. Unfortunately, Kylie definitely wasn’t Aaron’s type; he only dated models. A single night spent in each other’s arms changes all of that. But can Kylie trust Aaron when he tells her that it meant more to him than simply mending his broken heart?

This is a cute story about misconceptions. Kylie Monroe has loved Aaron from the time she met him but believes he only likes models. I thought it was cute that she throws her roommate at him so he can date her since she believes he will never be interested in her. I liked Kylie as a character. I felt she was  a sweet girl who tried to make something of herself and her business and achieves a funny level of success.

The roommate, Mariah,  is the villain of the story.  Not that she actually does anything to keep Kylie and Aaron apart, but there are many things that happen in the story that Mariah allows Kylie to read the wrong way.  I was indifferent to this character. Another character is Kylie’s best friend, Sarah, who is also her business partner. Sarah gives advice to both Kylie and Aaron which neither one of them follows. I liked Sarah. I felt her fashions added humor to parts of the story.

Aaron is a genuinely nice guy. I really liked him as a male lead. He has cared for Kylie since he met her also but Kylie threw Mariah at him to date. What’s a guy to do? Aaron dates Mariah to stay close to Kylie. I thought this was a dumb move on his part but then again, I felt that this could really happen. Kylie dates Jeff to stay safe from Aaron.I thought that the story was an intricate web of misconceptions that keeps getting tangled as scene after scene unfolds. I loved when Aaron’s eyes were opened to his feelings and the web untangled to reveal Kylie and Aaron’s true feelings.

I found Your Every Desire a very sweet, funny story that fulfilled my desires for a weekend read.
